Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Montezuma County, Colorado. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Day-to-day duties: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Season and marinate meat on request 2+ years on the tools preferred.
