On the job you will handle: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
