Great opportunity: we are hiring a head butcher in Montgomery County, Maryland. The role involves take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
