Retail butcher wanted in Columbia County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a retail butcher in Columbia County, Arkansas. You will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
