Immediate opening: lift installation engineer (Northern Ireland)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Derry City and Strabane, Northern Ireland. The job is at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. Day-to-day duties: • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments You should have: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate 1+ years on the tools preferred.
