Immediate opening: we are hiring a rebar installer in Geauga County, Ohio. The job is at a precast concrete yard. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations The role involves: • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift Six days a week, one day off.
