Concrete finisher — Greenwood County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Greenwood County, South Carolina. You will work at an infrastructure site. On a typical shift you will strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish. Requirements: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works 3+ years on the tools preferred. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
