Captain waiter wanted in Shackelford County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Shackelford County, Texas. You will be based at a banquet hall. What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service The role involves: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Clear and reset tables between covers • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Part-time with flexible hours.
