Bread and bun maker wanted in Habersham County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Habersham County, Georgia. Day-to-day duties: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Rotating shifts.
