You should have: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures On the job you will handle: • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Check for underground cables and services before digging Overtime paid at a premium rate.
