Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Grant County, Nebraska. You will be based in a job-work machining unit. The role involves measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; write and edit G-code programs at the control. What we are looking for: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
