Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift erector in Crawford County, Ohio. You will be based in a residential tower block. You should have: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate Your main tasks: • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
