Great opportunity: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Mineral County, Nevada. What we are looking for: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles The role involves: • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
