Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions The role involves record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site.
