Immediate opening: we are hiring a painter in McMinn County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application Day-to-day duties: • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
