Urgent requirement: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Floyd County, Indiana. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves degrease and clean metal parts before coating; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time.
