Day to day you will check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss. You should have: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
