Now hiring: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Izard County, Arkansas. You will be based at an industrial plant. Day to day you will install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
