Argon welder wanted in Wayne County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an argon welder in Wayne County, Kentucky. The job is at a stainless steel fabrication shop. What we are looking for: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings You will control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
