Great opportunity: we are hiring a truck driver in Woodford County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays What we are looking for: • Valid digital tachograph card • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $5,500 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
