Trailer driver wanted in Allegany County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a trailer driver in Allegany County, New York. Your main tasks: • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
