Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tyre service technician in Le Sueur County, Minnesota. Day-to-day duties: • Torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench • Carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe • Handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies • Keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine • Vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres Requirements: • Awareness of workshop health and safety • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
