Gas meter installer wanted in Hughes County

Now hiring: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Hughes County, Oklahoma. Ideal candidate: • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Able to read isometric and site drawings Your main tasks: • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
