Immediate opening: we are hiring a double glazing installer in Jackson County, West Virginia. Day to day you will clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions; replace cracked or broken window panes; apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass; handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools an advantage • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes • Skilled with silicone guns, putty and glazing tools Part-time with flexible hours.
