We are recruiting: steel fixing chargehand (Washington)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Pacific County, Washington. You will be based at a high-rise construction project. You should have: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations Day-to-day duties: • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors 1+ years on the tools preferred.
