Immediate opening: we are hiring a gatehouse guard in Cumberland County, Illinois. You will work in a CCTV control room. Ideal candidate: • Valid PSARA / security guard licence • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid Day-to-day duties: • Man the entry gate and check visitor IDs and gate passes • Man the reception desk and direct visitors to the right block • Operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door • Respond to intrusion alarms and panic alerts • Raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
