Now hiring: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Franklin County, Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
