Immediate opening: cnc lathe operator (Colorado)

Join our team: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Montezuma County, Colorado. You will work in a tool room. On a typical shift you will load and index turning tools in the turret; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; write and edit G-code programs at the control; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances. Requirements: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm 1+ years on the tools preferred. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
