Back-of-house cleaner • Lucas County, Iowa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Lucas County, Iowa. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure 3+ years on the tools preferred.
