Brick and block layer • Yamhill County, Oregon

We are recruiting: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Yamhill County, Oregon. The role involves: • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation You should have: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
