Vacancy available: gas commissioning technician (Delta State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Ndokwa East, Delta State. You will be based on residential and apartment building sites. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration Your main tasks: • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
