Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Cooper County, Missouri. The job is on a high-rise construction site. You will rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; run load and overload tests with test weights; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox. What we are looking for: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
