Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On a typical shift you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date.
