Requirements: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Good eye for colour matching and blending You will sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
