Oven operator — Buruku Local Government Area

Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Buruku Local Government Area, Benue State. On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
