Now hiring: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in Gallatin County, Illinois. The job is in an AC and refrigeration showroom. What we are looking for: • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders You will service split AC units and VRF systems; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; fault-find control boards and defrost timers; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge. 2+ years on the tools preferred. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
