Great opportunity: we are hiring a confectioner in Lake County, Minnesota. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
