Machinist wanted in Pike County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machinist in Pike County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a knitwear stitching unit. Your main tasks: • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish Requirements: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
