Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Atakunmosa West, Osun State. You will work on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Day-to-day duties: • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
