Chef de partie wanted in Union County

Join our team: we are hiring a chef de partie in Union County, Iowa. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
