Urgent requirement: bread and bun maker (Mississippi)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Tishomingo County, Mississippi. You will be based in a bread factory. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Your main tasks: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
