Great opportunity: heavy equipment operator (Tennessee)

Join our team: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Carroll County, Tennessee. You will be based at a landfill site. Day to day you will backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension. What we are looking for: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
