Urgent requirement: we are hiring a civil works labourer in Highlands County, Florida. Ideal candidate: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio On a typical shift you will bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction.
