Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Monmouthshire, Wales. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On the job you will handle: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Pay around £2,300 per project, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
