Cnc production machinist • Sioux County, Nebraska

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Sioux County, Nebraska. The job is in a job-work machining unit. On the job you will handle: • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers Requirements: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
