Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Score the top of loaves before baking • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
