Scullery hand • Stokes County, North Carolina

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Stokes County, North Carolina. The job is in a catering unit. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Full-time with occasional weekends.
