CO2 welder wanted in Ibiono Ibom

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Ibiono Ibom, Akwa Ibom State. Your main tasks: • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator You should have: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
