Urgent requirement: we are hiring a roofer in DeKalb County, Alabama. Requirements: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls The role involves fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours.
