Now hiring: we are hiring a marble mason in Rooks County, Kansas. Requirements: • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs On a typical shift you will measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting; seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers; level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat; shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels; lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar.
